Certain items may not be eligible for refunds due to health and safety regulations, including:
- Opened supplements or consumable health products
- Personal care items that have been used or unsealed
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or refund:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Ship the product back to the provided return address.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Refund Approval & Processing
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank for pending transactions

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
