Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Certain items may not be eligible for refunds due to health and safety regulations, including:

  • Opened supplements or consumable health products
  • Personal care items that have been used or unsealed
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been used or partially consumed
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Ship the product back to the provided return address.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Refund Approval & Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
  • Contact your bank for pending transactions

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
